Renfert Basic prebonder Sandblaster

The Renfert Basic prebonder is a fine-sandblasting system developed to make surface conditioning before adhesive cementation more controlled and reproducible. Renfert designed the system around defined blasting parameters for restorative materials including zirconium oxide, metal alloys, hybrid materials and modern polymers, while retaining the flexibility to perform conventional fine-sandblasting tasks.

A dedicated control tip helps establish a defined working distance, while the specialized jet nozzle produces a homogeneous blasting pattern. A precision pressure gauge, Venturi mixing chamber and Immediate Stop system work together to support consistent abrasive delivery and controlled blasting pulses.

Renfert Use Note: Renfert specifies Prebonder surface pro 50 µm aluminum oxide for the standardized prebonding process. Other abrasives may be used for conventional sandblasting applications according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
