Abrasive Range

The Renfert Basic master is a two-tank fine-sandblasting unit with a spacious 20-liter blasting chamber for dental laboratory workflows that benefit from quick access to two abrasive ranges. Its Venturi-based mixing technology is designed to provide consistent abrasive delivery regardless of tank fill level, helping create uniform surfaces while minimizing unnecessary abrasive after-flow.

LED illumination supports precise work inside the chamber, and the silicone-coated viewing panel is designed for extended visibility during routine use. The 120 V models offered here are available with either two 25–70 µm tanks or a mixed 25–70 µm / 70–250 µm configuration.

Features and Benefits

  • Two-tank configuration: Keeps two abrasive setups ready for different sandblasting tasks.
  • Consistent abrasive delivery: Venturi mixing technology helps maintain uniform flow independent of tank fill level.
  • Reduced material waste: Designed to avoid unnecessary abrasive after-flow after blasting stops.
  • LED illumination: Provides bright chamber visibility for accurate, targeted blasting.
  • Large working area: The 20-liter chamber provides ample room for handling restorations and laboratory workpieces.
  • Durable viewing panel: Silicone coating helps extend usable visibility of the chamber window.
