Shofu's PRG Barrier Coat Set is a light-cured Giomer varnish for the treatment of hypersensitivity in a long-term perspective. Sealing and protecting the exposed dentinal tubules from pain, it is, therefore, very suitable for patients suffering from enamel loss, gingival recession, or temporary sensitivity caused by whitening. The kit is easy to apply, fluoride-releasing, and has anti-plaque properties, making it good for enhancing overall intraoral health. It is complete with a mini kit in base units and brushes that go up to 12 teeth per patient application at one time and is quite convenient, especially where sensitivity might be an issue.
