This instrument has a dual-ended design with a flat paddle tip on one end, making it perfect for distributing and shaping composite or other restorative materials evenly. At the other end of the instrument is a more pointed tip which is ideal for accurately placing material into fine features, or sealing edges to produce smooth, perfect restorations. The Plastic Fill Instrument #1 is made from premium corrosion-resistant surgical stainless steel meaning that it will be able to withstand the rigors of multiple sterilization cycles without losing efficacy. The ergonomic handle provides superb control, reducing hand fatigue in lengthy procedures and adds control. The tips also have a non-stick polished finish, decreasing drag and material build up, allowing for easier and more efficient manipulation. Matte satin finish to reduce glare from overhead dental light for enhanced vision and precision.
