The ParaPost Fiber Lux Posts represent a better alternative to the metal posts and are metal-free for aesthetic restorations. Manufactured from translucent fiber resin material, these posts harmonize with the natural color of the tooth and avoid shadows by composite restorations at the gingival/crown interface. The translucency of the Fiber Lux enables the use of light-cured cement and core materials. These posts have parallel sides and a rounded head, which enable direct post/core build-ups in one appointment. They are indicated for use with light-, dual-, or self-cured resin cement and are placed with the standard ParaPost drills.
