Meet OptiBond Universal, the latest in single-bottle dental bonding agents that combine the established performance of patented OptiBond GPDM technology with the comfort of a universal product. The advanced bonding agent can be trusted to give a dependable bond strength on all surfaces and substrates, made possible by self-etch, selective etch, or total-etch technique applications. Indications are for direct and indirect applications, including metal-based restorations when used with resin cement—More NX3 or Maxcem Elite. This is a Kerr-patented formula combined with GPDM monomer and an innovative Ternary Solvent System. This formula, in the way it's made, effectively etches enamel and promotes priming/sealing of dentin. A universal adhesive, bonding in a simplified way, delivered outstanding adhesion with a less technique-sensitive process.
