Background
In-vitro studies into the relevant mechanical properties such as resistance to abrasion, fracture toughness and flexural strength have demonstrated the outstanding mechanical strength of the material.

Longevity estimated by standardized chewing and wear simulation combined with artificial aging. These results suggest survival rates up to five years. Long-term studies are currently underway.
