Because of its deep demineralization into dentin tubules and stable hybrid layer formation, it is the most adhesive of the third generation of adhesive systems, meaning it is reliable in anterior to posterior applications. This dual-cure ability ensures that materials can polymerize uniformly, even in cases of limited light penetration like deep cavities or in the presence of opaque or thick restorations. With a uniform spread, it is simple to apply and improves marginal seal and durability while lowering the risk of postoperative sensitivity. It also works with composite materials including Clearfil Majesty Es-2 to achieve a seamless esthetic transition, thanks to Kuraray’s advanced LD (light-diffusion) technology.
