3M Attest Flash Gravity Steam Sterilization Indicator is intended for use in determining effectiveness in steam sterilization. The monitor functions at 250°F/121°C gravity displacement and 270°F/132°C vacuum-assisted cycles. It offers a reliable way to validate that sterilization has taken place. Since it carries a high spore burden, there's an additional safety margin. Results are ready in 24 hours—faster than traditional methods. This is an indicator containing a Geobacillus Stearothermophilus spore strip, growth medium, and pH indicator bromocresol purple, which changes color to reflect sterilization results. The system incubates for 48 hours to confirm the result.
