A: Absolutely! We are an authorized distributor of nearly 300 dental supply brands, including 3M ESPE, DMG America, Kuraray, Coltene, Septodont, and more. Additionally, we offer over 40,000 unique products with access to thousands more.

 

 

Q: Does Supply Doc sell to non-dentists?
 

A: Yes, we do! However, some products are only available to sell to licensed dentists. There are several easy ways to work with us on the products you’d like to purchase:

  • Place your order, and we’ll verify you’re able to buy all the items
  • Register for a Supply Doc account and a dedicated account manager will work through the details with you so you can easily place future orders

Q: How do I create an account with SupplyDoc?
 

A: To create a Supply Doc Account, visit www.supplydoc.com and fill out the required fields and click Register. Our team will process your request within 24 hrs. If you are not a dentist and do not have a State License number, please call us at 1-866-970-0610, and we’ll process your request directly.

 

 

Q: How do I get a price quote, price comparison, or receive my custom pricing?
 

A: It’s easy! Choose the option that works best for you. We’re eager to work with you to provide you the best prices we can:

  • Register for your private account. Once approved, we’ll have an account manager work with you to establish your custom pricing

Q: Does Supply Doc ship outside of the U.S.?
 

A: We are unable to ship outside the Continental United States at this time.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order once shipped?
A: We ship orders from our warehouse in Sacramento, CA. Please take a look at the map to see approximately how many days it will take for your order to arrive once it has shipped.
Q: How do I process an exchange or return?
 

A: If you are returning/exchanging an item that is in resalable condition: You may return or exchange new, unused, and unaltered items within 30 business days of receipt of the items. (Certain exclusions may apply.) We will issue you a refund or merchandise credit based on the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling charges. All returns must be authorized by Supply Doc. Give us a call at 1-866-970-0610 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Q: If I wish to return/exchange an item that will not be resalable (defective, damaged during shipment), what is the process?
 

A: Please contact customer service at 1-866-970-0610. We’ll work with you to understand why you need to return the item and how to proceed in the return process, all to address the issue satisfactorily, whether that will be a replacement item, Supply Doc credit, or refund. 

 

 
Q: When looking for a particular product, I see you work with a manufacturer but do not see the specific product from that manufacturer I’m looking for—can I order that product?
 

A: Almost always, we can secure an item for you. The best way to find out is to call one of our account managers. They’ll check with the manufacturer and work to get you what you’re looking for.
