Q: How can I place an order? 

A: Absolutely! We are an authorized distributor of nearly 300 dental supply brands, including 3M ESPE, DMG America, Kuraray, Coltene, Septodont. Additionally, we offer thousands of high-quality products. 

A: Yes, we do! However, some products are only available to sell to licensed dentists. There are several easy ways to work with us on the products you’d like to purchase:

  • Place your order, and we’ll verify you’re able to buy all the items
  • Register for a Supply Doc account and a dedicated account manager will work through the details with you so you can easily place future orders

A: To create a Supply Doc Account, visit www.supplydoc.com and fill out the required fields and click Register. Our team will process your request within 24 hrs. If you are not a dentist and do not have a State License number, please call us at 1-877-311-7373, and we’ll process your request directly.

 

A: It’s easy! Choose the option that works best for you. We’re eager to work with you to provide you with the best prices we can:

  • Register for your private account. Once approved, we’ll have an account manager work with you to establish your custom pricing
  • Feel free to send us your most recent invoice from your current supplier, and we’ll show you how our custom pricing can save you money.

A: No, Supply Doc, Inc. is unable to ship outside the Continental United States at this time.

A: We ship orders from our warehouse in Sacramento, CA. Please take a look at the map to see approximately how many days it will take for your order to arrive once it has shipped.

 

A: If you are returning or exchanging an item. Please refer to our returns & exchanges page. You may return or exchange new, unused, and unaltered items within 30 business days of receipt of the items.

(Certain exclusions may apply.)  We will issue you a refund or merchandise credit based on the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling charges.

All returns must be authorized by Supply Doc. Give us a call at 1-877-311-7373 to receive your Return Authorization Number.

 

A: Yes, in most cases, we can special order products from manufacturers that are not listed on our website. 

Give us a call and one of our account managers will work to get you what you’re looking for. Occasionally, there may be limitations or restrictions on the products we don’t keep in stock.  However, we will gladly check availability, price, and the available delivery time on the item requested.
